Mentoring
Mentoring plays a key role in increasing LGBTQIA+ college students' access to inclusive spaces where they can be who they are without fear of judgment or persecution. At WAFOD, we are committed to creating a movement that serves all young LGBTQIA+ students to connect with individuals and communities who are committed to their success and well-being.
The primary goal of the mentoring process in WADOF is to support LGBTQ+ college students in rebuilding systems of inequality, realities of racism, intolerance and violence.
